This research investigates brand switching in Ghana's telecom industry, with a specific focus on Globacom Ghana. Price and service quality are identified as key factors, while customer satisfaction is associated with high-speed internet, affordable bundle charges, reliable services, and good call and data quality. The study recommends improvements in internet speed, service reliability, pricing, customer rewards, and data protection.
