Purpose of the Study:
The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of employee turnover on the overall performance of Walule Limited. Specifically, the study seeks to identify the factors that contribute to employee turnover, explore the relationship between turnover and organizational output, and propose measures to reduce the turnover rate.
Methods Used:
The study was conducted at Walule Limited and involved a sample of 52 employees selected through random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, which allowed for the assessment of various factors related to employee turnover. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency analysis to identify common themes, as well as correlation and regression analysis to examine the relationship between turnover and organizational output.
Results and Conclusions:
The findings of the study indicated that two main factors, namely poor compensation and work stress, significantly contribute to employee turnover at Walule Limited. Additionally, a strong positive relationship was observed between employee turnover and the overall output of the organization. These findings highlight the importance of addressing compensation-related issues and reducing work stress levels to minimize turnover and improve organizational performance.
